Changing the way we see science
Interactive design & visualization for science education

Tools for teaching science are constantly evolving and so is the potential to create meaningful and engaging learning experiences with them.

Excellent learning experiences demand excellent design.

That's where I step in.

My Design Process

  • Discover

All my projects begin with discovering a new problem in science visualization and researching it.

  • Ideate & Define

I then come up with potential solutions and transform the greatest ones into clearly defined project goals.

  • Design

With defined goals and a vision, I use my creative juices to design how the potential solution will look, behave, and work.

  • Develop

Whether the final product is an interactive module, app, or illustration, I use my array of skills and collaborate with others to turn my designs into reality.

  • Test & Reiterate

Throughout the process, I get feedback from end users and collaborators in order to create a solution that leaves everyone involved with a meaningful and positive experience.

  • Then I
    do it all

  • All
  • Interactive Design
  • 2D/3D Illustration
  • Logo Design

About Me

As a biology student, I loved using interactive applications and games to learn and study the tough scientific concepts in school. I'm now combining my enthusiasm for the biomedical sciences, human centered design, and the latest technologies to create the best tools for scientists.

I recently completed my Masters in Biomedical Communications at the University of Toronto where I specialized in learning how to design interactive learning experiences. I work at BenchSci where I oversee the design of a platform used by thousands of biomedical researchers to find the right antibodies for their experiments.
